VitaHound believes the large corporations bring pet products to market that pet owners find value with. The humanization of pets to increase the dollars owners are willing to spend is fine, for the reason that its secondary effect causes people to provide for their pets well being. The APPA research shows the variety of pet products and services is growing along with prices. The pet industry involves some of the largest corporations in the world and because they sell consumer products they have the most effective and largest marketing machines. The combination of these guys marketing the humanization of your dog all at once is going to go wrong, we wonder when and where.

A dog’s level of energy is extremely important to its overall health. The dog’s metabolism involves a complex interaction of hormones and enzymes that convert food into fuel, the digestive process breaks down carbohydrates into monosaccharide (blood sugar), metabolism involves the cells use of blood sugar for energy. Supplements are capable of enhancing a dog’s ability to burn that fuel. Other molecules needed for energy can be synthesized from fats, carbohydrates and proteins. ATP is a nucleotide that contains a large amount of chemical energy stored in its high-energy phosphate bonds. It releases energy when it is broken down (hydrolyzed) into ADP (or Adenosine Diphosphate). The energy is used for many metabolic processes. Hence, ATP is considered as the universal energy currency for metabolism.
